The program is designed to be a self directed learning program comprised of both digital lesson videos and monthly live group virtual coaching calls. You can expect to learn foundational systems in finances, goal setting, sales, client booking and onboarding and marketing messaging. Coaching calls will be more free form, to answer your questions on the current lesson topic, give you feedback and ensure your progress in the program.

You can work at your own pace by watching the recorded lessons and join the monthly live group virtual coaching calls. You can work as quickly as you like, the curriculum was intended to have you focus on one lesson every 3 months, in chronological order as the information in each lesson builds on the lesson content before it.

After you join the community by purchasing your annual membership on the main website page, Navigation: EDUCATION>TEC COMMUNITY SIGN UP, you will create an account and log in to access curriculum material and live coaching call replays. Document templates and other lesson materials will be uploaded into each course lesson for digital download. You will have 2 years of access to the program curriculum materials and pre recorded coaching calls.
